Sponsorship Information

We are seeking corporate sponsors for Radiant Systems Sprint for Cancer in order to raise as much as possible for the Young Texans Against Cancer. Sponsoring this event represents an opportunity for area businesses and partners of Radiant Systems to work together in support of our community.

Sprint for Cancer is an excellent opportunity to help a local community organization at a fun event while increasing your company’s exposure in the Dallas area. Our goals for this event are to have participation from more than 600 racers and raise $8,000 in sponsorship funds for the Young Texans Against Cancer.

Sponsorship Levels

Radiant offers five levels of corporate sponsorship: Benefactor, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. Your contribution is tax deductible. See below for more information on each level:

Benefactor Level Sponsor – $30,000 – 3 year commitment

  1. Opportunity to speak at the Sprint for Cancer Event
  2. Booth at the event to build recognition
  3. Your company name verbally honored at all event promotions and race day event
  4. Your company name listed as a Title Sponsor (along with Radiant Systems) in all event promotional materials such as collateral, advertising and banners
  5. Your company listed as a Title Sponsor (along with Radiant Systems) at the Start and Finish lines of race
  6. Your company logo on sign at race registration and at awards ceremony
  7. Your company logo as a Title Sponsor on race technical t-shirt
  8. Your company logo and web site address spotlighted sponsor link on our Race Web site
  9. Your company listed on the racing bibs
Platinum Level Sponsor – $10,000 and above
  1. Your company listed as a co-sponsor in all event promotional materials such as collateral, advertising and banners
  2. Booth at the event to build recognition
  3. Your company listed as a co-sponsor at the Start and Finish lines of race
  4. Your company logo on sign at race registration and at awards ceremony
  5. Your company listed on the racing bibs
  6. Your company logo on race technical t-shirt
  7. Your company logo and web site address posted on our Race Web site

Gold Level Sponsor – $5,000 or more

  1. Your company listed as a Sponsor in all appropriate event promotional materials such as collateral, advertising and banners
  2. Booth at the event to build recognition
  3. Your company listed as a primary sponsor of the race
  4. Your company listed on the racing bibs
  5. Your company logo on sign at race registration and at awards ceremony
  6. Your company logo on race technical t-shirt
  7. Your company logo and web site address posted on our Race Web site
Silver Level Sponsor – $1,000 or more
  1. Your company listed as a Sponsor in all appropriate event promotional materials such as collateral, advertising and banners

Bronze Level Sponsor – $100 to $1000 or in kind donations of products or services
